Mother and Daughter
This is Annabelle and Missy before the parade began. All the children are getting their costumes on and getting ready to go outside. It was such a fun day for all! Thanks to 'Hand in Hand' for sharing such a wonderful time with everyone.

Annabelle's Parade

Annabelle was in her first parade today! Annabelle's daycare had a Halloween Parade today. The children had such a wonderful time and the parents and grandparents had an even better time! Of course, Annabelle was the most beautiful baby in the parade! She was dressed as a pink octopus.

Annabelle - Three Months Old

This is Annabelle's three-month old picture. Isn't she the most beautiful baby in the world! This picture was taken by Ron Hayes, Photographer. She is a very happy baby and growing more and more. She has changed so much each time I see her. Of course she is now six-months old so she has changed since this picture was taken.

Matt and Jaima

Matt's friends gave him a welcome home party/going away party while he was home. As you can see, he had a wonderful time. Jaima is the daughter of one of my very best friends. Her mom and I have been friends since the seventh grade. If we had tried to "fix" them up they would have never went out with one another. Isn't that the way it is with kids, you just never know. Jaima is a sweet and beautiful girl. She is a senior at the University of Alabama (Rollllllllllllllllll Tide!!!!!!!!!!!!) and will graduate in December with a degree in Dance Education.

Annabelle

This is another precious picture of Annabelle. It has been so nice to have Matt home for a while. He leaves for Ft. Bragg on Sunday. I sure do hate to see him leave and I am sure that Scooby will be in a deep depression for a while after he leaves.

Matt and Annabelle

Matt saw Annabelle, his niece, for the first time on Saturday, August 6, 2005.

Matt Is Home!

Matt arrived in Atlanta at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2005. I only took one picture. Hugging and talking seemed a lot more important at the time! It is so good to have him home.

Annabelle

This is a picture of my first grandchild, Annabelle, she was born March 24, 2005.

Matt

This is a picture of Matt and Scooby. This was taken the day before he went to Korea.

My First Posting

My son is in the United States Army and is stationed in Korea. He has been there since August 8, 2004 and has requested to stay another year, the results of that request is still unknown. I am very proud of him but really do miss him and want to see him! He left me with a Great Dane named Scooby to keep me company. He is a very sweet dog but he is BIG!

Since Matt left for Korea, his sister and her husband, Missy and Tyler, have had a little girl name Annabelle. She is my first grandchild so of course I am a very proud Grandmother. As of yet, I still haven't decided exactly what I want her to call me. I suppose when she starts talking she will come up with her own name for me.
