Well it has been a long time since I have posted. My dad was in the hospital for two weeks and my sister and I had to take turns staying with him. He is so much better now, still weak but better. I know now he is on the road to recovery. While he was in the hospital, Annabelle sang him a couple of songs. They are posted on the left.
I will post more later. I have Annabelle and Lydia today and things are a little hectic! Annabelle and I made gingerbread mini-cupcakes while Lydia took a nap! Annabelle decorated them all by herself!

I am just so thankful that your dad can finally eat again...bless his heart. I know that you and the girls had fun together. I can't wait till JM and I can do some baking!!

On the au gratin recipe. I made a mistake. I corrected it on my blog. I put 1/4 c finely grated onion. It's actually 2 Tbsp finely grated onion. It will go a long way. Hope it isnt to late!
